Jinxed says: Three years after his first solo work and eight after the end of Pulp, Jarvis returns producted by Steve Albani (Nirvana e Pixies) on your second solo work "Futher Complications".
More heavy and adapted to the productor´s style Jarvis left his Brit-Pop and dove into the Glam Rock provided of satire-romantic lyrics.
"Futher Complications", "Angela" e "Fuckingsong" show up how far from the original style Jarvis is, but the soul of the album is at "Leftovers", "I Never Said I Was Deep", "Hold Still" e "Slush". "Leftovers" a jazzy-glam romantic is almost a satire to the old songs of David Bowie. "I Never Said I Was Deep" this one has the face of Jarvis´old works and the best moment of the album. "Hold Still" and "Slush" are the most beautiful lyrics of this work. The instrumental "Pilchard" brings a bit of psichedely and the wild "Homewrecker!" flow out the introverted clime of the album while the disco "You´re In My Eyes" remember the old and good Pulp.
